2845341 Ontario Inc. (trading as VocaIQ) uses a number of third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") to deliver the VocaIQ platform and related services. Sub-processors are companies that process personal data on our behalf pursuant to our instructions, as further described in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and Privacy Policy.
Each Sub-processor listed below is bound by a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual terms that require it to apply data protection standards consistent with those we apply to Customer data. We conduct due diligence on each Sub-processor's security practices prior to engagement.
Change Notification
2845341 Ontario Inc. will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice of any intended addition, replacement, or removal of Sub-processors. Notice will be provided by email to the primary account contact, and this page will be updated to reflect the change. Customers who have executed our Data Processing Addendum may object to a new Sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds within 14 days of notification as described in the DPA.
