- Usage data: Log data, pages visited, browser type, IP address, and session information.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the VocaIQ service
- Process transactions and send related billing information
- Send administrative communications (service updates, security alerts)
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Canada and the United States, operated by Supabase (database) and industry-standard cloud providers. We implement technical and organisational measures including:
- TLS/SSL encryption in transit
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Regular security reviews
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

- Service providers: Trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (Supabase, Stripe, N8N, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
